Wedding Day !

Wczoraj była ceremonia ślubna Nikhila i Dipti! Musieliśmy wstać wcześnie ponieważ wszystko zaczynało się o 9 rano! Dlaczego? Otóż godzinę i datę ślubu wybiera kapłan rodziny, od strony panny młodej. Sugeruję się układem gwiazd i księżyca. Ceremonia zaczęła się od tańców przy ulicy gdzie wprowadzono pana młodego(siedzącego na koniu :D ) na miejsce ślubu i wesela. Zaproszono nas na pyszne śniadanie po czym nastąpił ślub i błogosławieństwo rodziców. Prowadzącym ślub jest Bramin, czyli hinduski kapłan. Tradycyjnie ślub odbywał się na ziemi pod drzewem konopi zwanym mandap. Najważniejszą częścią obrzędu jest rytuał zwany Sapta Padi dosłownie siedem kroków. Jest to ceremonia podczas której młoda para okrąża siedem razy święty ogień przy odgłosach mantr śpiewanych przez Bramina. Po tej ceremonii następuje oficjalne połączenie w związek małżeński i panna młoda zostaje dosłownie przeniesiona przez członków rodziny pana młodego do nowego domu. Największe wrażenie zrobił na mnie moment kiedy panu młodemu zakryto oczy i wprowadzono pannę młodą na sale, która przez cały ten czas była w oddzielnym pokoju i przygotowywała się to wyjścia. Panu młodemu odkryto oczy w momencie gdy Dipti usiadła przed nim. Moim zdaniem jest to najbardziej magiczny moment całej ceremonii :)

Yesterday was the wedding ceremony of Dipti and Nikhil! We had to get up early because everything was starting at 9 am! Why? Well, the time and date of the wedding chooses the priest of family, from the bride site. It's because of the system of the stars and the moon. The ceremony began with a street dance where the groom was introduced (sitting on a horse: D) in place of the wedding. We were invited to a delicious breakfast followed by a wedding and the blessing of their parents. The leading of the wedding is Brahmin, the Hindu priest. Traditionally, the wedding took place on the ground under a tree called a mandap cannabis. The most important part of the ceremony is a ritual called Sapta Padi literally seven steps. It is a ceremony in which a young couple circles the sacred fire seven times with the sounds of mantras sung by the Brahmin. After the ceremony they are officially merged into marriage and the bride is literally moved by the members of the groom's family to a new home. The biggest impression made ​​on me the moment when the groom was covered his eyes and the bride was introduced to the meeting, who all this time was in a separate room and was preparing to leave. The groom discovered his eyes when Dipti sat in front of him. In my opinion this is the most magical moment of the ceremony :)

Kiedy wszyscy goście się pożegnali i wesele dobiegło końca, najbliższa rodzina i przyjaciele pojechali do domu nowożeńców. Nikhil zaniósł Dipti na rękach po schodach na 2 piętro :D Każdy z rodziny musiał przesypać sól z rąk Dipti do swoich 3 razy(zdjęcie poniżej)

When everyone say goodbye to each other and the wedding was over  the closest family and friends went to the house of the newlyweds. Nikhil carried Dipti on the hands, of the stairs to the 2nd floor :D Everyone in the family had to take up with salt their hands to Dipti 3 times
